Immy is a young and enthusiastic person who is actively making her way towards her various career goals in the live music industry. In the last 7 years she has completed a music business degree and steadily carved a path for herself in the live industry having created amazing opportunities for herself and her career.

Skills & Expertise
Tour Management
With experience across the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Egypt, I have worked on tours across the world with experience in the TM position. From every aspect of touring, I am able to provide support and expertise that one only gains from time on the road. The ability to work and communicate with teams across the world and across many languages to produce a seamless show is integral to touring and something I excel in.
Merchandise Management
Merchandise was my way into the industry and something I love and know very well in and out. I have experience in all levels, from working as part of a concession to selling small shows and tours to managing merchandise on large tours and dealing with concessions across the world from theatre to Stadium level. I have deep knowledge of everything to do with touring merchandise and especially since Brexit, knowledge and experience dealing with merch between the borders.
Production Coordination/ Assistance
Alongside merchandise management, most of my experience from touring has come from being a production/ tour manager assistant. In this role I have learnt and worked with some amazing tour managers and it allowed me to fully understand the role of tour manager and is what gave me confidence to market myself as a tour manager and start to take on tour manager roles. Since then I have gone on to work on bigger tours as production coordinator, dealing more with the travel and logistics of band and crew and day to day running of shows. I love every aspect of my job and live music and so do all I can to ensure we have a good day and great show.
Neon Street Touring
During the pandemic I picked up work at Neon Street initially working in the warehouse fulfilling orders from online stores. During my time here I progressed to manage customer service across a range of online stores, run accreditation and customer service for Good Vibrations Society Festival and was involved with a large variety of events and shows that Neon Street work with.
Live Nation Merchandise/Merch Traffic
I work as a freelance merchandiser and merchandise manager for Live Nation Merchandise, doing one off shows, tours and pop up shops. I have gained a lot of my tour experience through working on their tours, and now also have great experience and knowledge in running and working Pop Up shops having worked the BTS London 2019 Pop Up and 2019 Harry Styles album release Pop Up. Working for LNM has taught me professionalism, team management and great spreadsheet skills. I took on my biggest tour yet with Merch Traffic: Harry Styles Love on Tour EU 2023 and have gone on to tour both USA and Europe with Merch Traffic Clients
University
I spent 3 years studying music business at The Academy of Contemporary Music. During my time there I worked tirelessly in and out of uni to get my career started, and am now in the position where I have a constantly busy diary. Whilst at uni I worked on 8 tours and countless events, so I have learnt great time management skills making sure I honour my work commitments whilst also attending and completing university.
Degree- BA in Music Business and Innovation
I was very lucky to start touring with Immy quite near the start of her career and have been lucky enough to see her become what working in the music industry should be like. With incredible social skills that can calm the most complex of issues, technical or personal, the work ethic to get the job done regardless of what her role is and the sheer compassion she has with her fellow touring team make her an invaluable member and quite frankly a very sought after member of any team I put together.
